I remember sitting down to make my grocery list for the week and feeling totally uninspired by my meals. Morgan provides great tips and knowledge for healthy eating and meal planning, based on the foods you like and eat. She shares tools for meal planning that are useful and practical, whether you cook only for yourself or a family.

Morgan does an awesome job of selecting workouts that target all the muscle groups and work on improving strength, flexibility, and balance. She explains the benefits of each exercise and demonstrates the correct form to prevent injuries.
All classes are 30 min or less and include strength, cardio, and stretching. I love the Tabata ones that really get my heart rate going. I love to mix things up with my workouts and these are easy and fun to do when it is too dark in the morning to go out for a walk.

Each workout gives you a list of equipment that is needed. The most common type of equipment and most recommended is a set of weights, these can be kettlebells, dumbbells, a weighted backpack, gallons of water, etc. Some other things that are great to have on hand are mini bands, long resistance bands, sliders, and a mat. We are happy to provide our equipment list with our favorite brands and types of equipment and where to find the best deals.
During the bootcamp we will not write meal plans for you but we will help you create plans that fit your lifestyle, your family size, and your goals. We will provide meal and snack ideas as well as our Master Recipe book with 80+ recipes that are flavorful and quick so that you can hit your nutrition goals without feeling like you are being told what you can and can't have.
